Pina Colada Pudding Shots

Ingredients

• 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 can cream of coconut
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1/3 cup pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, cream of coconut, evaporated milk and pineapple juice.
2. Stir in the shredded coconut and marshmallows.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese until fluffy.
4. Fold the cream cheese into the pudding mixture.
5. Spoon the pudding into individual shot glasses.
6. Chill the pudding shots in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
