Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Skyr, honey, oil, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the blueberries.
Fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
