1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, then add the balsamic vinegar and stir to combine.
Thread the mushrooms onto the soaked wooden skewers and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
Serve the mushrooms hot off the grill.
