Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the air-fryer to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic, oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the potatoes in the air-fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- When the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove from the air-fryer and serve.
