Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of chopped apples
- 1/3 cup of chopped oranges
- 1/3 cup of chopped bananas
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of grapes
- 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
Directions
- Mix together all the chopped fruits in a large bowl.
- Add the blueberries, strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, raisins, chia seeds, honey, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
- On a large flat surface, lay out two pieces of parchment paper.
- Spread the fruit mixture onto the parchment paper, forming a shape of a turkey.
- Carefully roll the parchment paper into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Unroll the parchment paper and carefully peel away the paper. Place the turkey onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with additional fruit or nuts.
