Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of chopped apples
  • 1/3 cup of chopped oranges
  • 1/3 cup of chopped bananas
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of grapes
  • 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Mix together all the chopped fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Add the blueberries, strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, raisins, chia seeds, honey, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
  3. On a large flat surface, lay out two pieces of parchment paper.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture onto the parchment paper, forming a shape of a turkey.
  5. Carefully roll the parchment paper into a log.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Unroll the parchment paper and carefully peel away the paper. Place the turkey onto a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with additional fruit or nuts.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
