Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms, and cook until onion is soft. Stir in cheese until melted.
Spoon mushroom mixture over chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
