Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Stir in the flour mixture until just combined.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese and marzipan until combined.
Spread the ricotta mixture over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
