Ingredients
- 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and cream. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour over the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
