Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

Directions

Gently fold in the crabmeat, being careful not to break up the lumps.
Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties and place them on a plate.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko bread crumbs and melted butter.
Dip each patty into the panko mixture, coating both sides. Place the coated patties on a baking sheet.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
