Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 jicama, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango and jicama.
- Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
