Ingredients

  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango and jicama.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
