Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

  1. Add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and chipotle pepper powder to a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the water and process until combined.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
