Ingredients
1-2 pound round steak
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Add the flour to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, onion, celery, carrots, thyme, and oregano to the skillet and stir to combine.
Return the steak to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
