Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, green chilies and onion. Mix together until blended.
- Add crumbled queso fresco cheese and stir until blended.
- Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
