Ingredients
- 12 fresh figs, halved
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the fig halves on the baking sheet and top each one with a spoonful of goat cheese, a sprinkle of almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the almonds are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and sea salt.
- Serve warm.
