Ingredients

  • 12 fresh figs, halved
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the fig halves on the baking sheet and top each one with a spoonful of goat cheese, a sprinkle of almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the almonds are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and sea salt.
