Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Press oat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Top with blueberries.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
