Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (or to taste)
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and water. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the lime juice, honey or agave nectar, and salt (if using). Stir to combine.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture again and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
