Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (or to taste)
- Optional: pinch of salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and water. Stir to combine.
- Add the lime juice, honey or agave nectar, and salt (if using). Stir to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir the mixture again and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
