Ingredients
- 1/2 cup leftover ratatouille
- 4 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices of cheese
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt.
- Place two slices of bread in the skillet and top each with a slice of cheese.
- Spread the ratatouille over the cheese and then top with the remaining two slices of bread.
- Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and then carefully flip the sandwich over.
- Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining two slices of bread and cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
