Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, and continue beating until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, and then stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Separate the batter into two bowls. Add orange food coloring to one bowl, and black food coloring to the other.
Line the bottom of the springform pan with a single layer of Oreo cookies. Spread the orange batter over the cookies, and top with a layer of black batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Let cool completely.
Drizzle the cooled cheesecake with melted chocolate, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
