Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the Swiss chard into 1-inch strips and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the Swiss chard and mix to coat.
- Spread the Swiss chard out on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the Swiss chard and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
