Roasted Swiss Chard with Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Swiss chard, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut the Swiss chard into 1-inch strips and place in a bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the Swiss chard and mix to coat.
  5. Spread the Swiss chard out on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese over the Swiss chard and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
