Ingredients
1 bunch of Swiss chard, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the Swiss chard into 1-inch strips and place in a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the olive oil mixture over the Swiss chard and mix to coat.
Spread the Swiss chard out on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle feta cheese over the Swiss chard and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
