Ingredients
- 3 cups of rhubarb, diced
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, white sugar, and brown sugar. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Pour batter over rhubarb mixture. Spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
