Ingredients
1kg beef, cut into cubes
3 onions, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup of red wine

Directions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onions and garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, red wine, and beef stock and bring to a boil.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
