Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the diced mango, pineapple, vinegar, sugar, cumin, coriander, ginger, salt, and red pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chutney to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
