Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
  • 2-3 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 orange, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
