Ingredients
- 1 package of chorizo
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package of taco shells
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cabbage, onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the cooked chorizo to the vegetable mixture and stir to combine.
- Warm the taco shells according to the package directions.
- Fill each taco shell with the chorizo and vegetable mixture.
- Serve immediately.
