Ingredients
- 2 cups raw peanuts
- 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
- In a large pot, add the raw peanuts, garlic, onion, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Cover with 2-3 inches of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and stir.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Drain the peanuts and serve.
