Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large pot, add the raw peanuts, garlic, onion, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Cover with 2-3 inches of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the peanuts and serve.
