Ingredients
- 1 head of chicory, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicory, walnuts and blue cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
