Ingredients

  • 1 head of chicory, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicory, walnuts and blue cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
