Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Press the tines of a fork down into the top of each cookie to create a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
