Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring to break up the meat. Cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes, paprika, oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the potato slices and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
