Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the nut butter, coconut oil, honey and Nutella over medium-low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts (if using) and chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press down to evenly spread it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
