Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pomegranate juice, sugar, and cardamom until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan and place in the freezer until it is frozen, about 3-4 hours.
- Using a fork, scrape the mixture to create icy flakes. Serve immediately.
