Ingredients
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar and egg yolks and mix until combined.
- Add key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Pour filling into prepared graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set.
- Cool completely before serving.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.
