Ingredients

Directions

  2. Add the almond extract, egg whites, and orange juice. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the mixture until it forms a soft dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place the marzipan shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.
