Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough, pre-made
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup of your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, etc)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Directions

      1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
      2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
      3. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the dough.
      4. In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, pizza toppings, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
      5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and spread it evenly.
      6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
