Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup of sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of jalapeno slices
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder

Directions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Top one slice of bread with the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, carrots, avocado, and jalapenos.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread.
  6. Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
