Ingredients
2-3 lbs. of chicken, cut into pieces
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of buttermilk

Directions

Remove the chicken from the skillet and place onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
In a separate saucepan, heat the cream and butter over medium heat. Whisk until the butter has melted and the mixture is creamy.
Add the fried chicken pieces to the saucepan and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Serve the country fried chicken hot with your favorite sides.
