Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bulb of fennel, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the chopped cabbage, fennel, and cranberries in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the olive oil over the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Add the salt and pepper to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
