Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
