Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the bell peppers with the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
- Grill the peppers, cut sides down, for about 8 minutes, or until the peppers are softened and lightly charred.
- Transfer to a plate and top with the goat cheese and herbs.
- Serve warm.
