Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, such as oregano, basil, and parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
