Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Rub chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
  7. Place chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish and top with Dijon mustard sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
