- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, and pepper.
- Rub chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
- Place chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish and top with Dijon mustard sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
