Directions
Add the oats and water to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer, pressing out the liquid until all of the pulp is removed.
Pour the strained oat milk back into the blender and add the vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup (optional). Blend on low for a few seconds to combine.
Pour the oat milk into a glass jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
