Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions.
Stir in the cheese until melted. Add the bacon and stir to combine.
Serve the soup garnished with parsley.
