Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt. Add the pumpkin bread cubes, pecans and cranberries, and mix until all of the bread cubes are evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the top of the bread pudding.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
