In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture over the bottom of the dish. Layer the lasagna noodles over the sauce. Top with 1/2 of the remaining sauce mixture, then 1/2 of the ricotta cheese and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese over the cheese layer.
Repeat the layers: noodles, sauce mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese. Top with the remaining noodles and sauce.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool before serving.
