Ingredients

  • 1 pita bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the pita bread in half and place on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, apple, yogurt, curry powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over both halves of the pita.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
