Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the salmon cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through.
- Add the oyster sauce and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cilantro and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately.
