Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the salmon cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Add the oyster sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the cilantro and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
