Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the sherry and cook until almost evaporated, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the cream and garlic and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm.
