Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sherry and cook until almost evaporated, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and garlic and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve warm.
