Ingredients
- 3 lbs baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple jelly
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple jelly, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ribs on the foil. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture. Bake for another 30 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
