In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, pesto, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the wine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the mixture to the seafood mixture and mix well.
Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread the seafood mixture into the dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
