Ingredients
1 lb. salmon fillet, skin and bones removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon freshly chopped green onions
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
In a food processor, combine the salmon, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sesame oil, cilantro and green onions.
Process until the mixture is well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the salmon mixture to a bowl and add in the panko breadcrumbs.
Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a plate.
Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the salmon balls, in batches, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the cooked salmon balls to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
