Add the onion, garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice, collard greens, and vegetable broth to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return the sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the collard greens are wilted and the sausage is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
